Class Registration Dates
- Staff Members: Opens March 16
- Current Members: Opens March 23
- New Members: Opens March 31
Important Registration Notes
- 2-Day Classes: Listed as "MON-WED," "TUE-THU," or "THU-FRI" (charged the 2-day fee).
- 1-Day Classes: Listed as "MON," "TUE," etc. (charged the 1-day fee).

- Readiness Tests: Required promptly for full approval in most Math and English classes.
Mandatory Study Sessions: Any middle or high school student with a free hour between two classes must be registered for a Study Session.
Note: Pre-K through 5th-grade students are not permitted to register for Study Sessions and must be enrolled in a class or accompanied by a parent during free hours.

Class Cancellation or Withdrawal
If you are planning to cancel or switch your child(ren)'s class(es), please submit the official form below. This ensures administrative staff are promptly notified of changes.
Submit Cancel/Switch Form- Within 2 Weeks of Class at the Start of the Semester: Refunds are pro-rated.
- After 2 Weeks of Class: A $25 drop fee applies per class withdrawal, plus tuition for the entire quarter.
- Step Up Funds: Any returned Step Up funds are subject to a $25 processing fee.
