Instructions for Class Fees
Regular Members
Tuition payments can be made directly to Salt Hybrid Academy using one of three options:
- Paid in Full
- Quarterly Installments
- 9 Monthly Payments
Step Up Family Members
- Reserve payments quarterly funds through the Step Up Marketplace.
- Contact Registration if you are unable to make a full quarterly payment or if your Step Up funds are delayed or insufficient.
- Note: Please wait to pay tuition fees until you receive your personalized payment schedule.
Mandatory Study Session
Any 6th–12th grade student with a 1-hour free gap between two scheduled classes must be registered for a Study Session.
Class Cancellation & Withdrawals
To switch or cancel a class, submit the official form:
Submit Cancel/Switch Form- Within 2 Weeks of Class at the Start of the Semester: Refunds are pro-rated.
- After 2 Weeks of Class: A $25 fee applies per class withdrawal, plus tuition for the entire quarter.
- Step Up Funds: Any returned Step Up funds are subject to a $25 processing fee.
